Shakin' the Shack 2010

Event Details

Saturday, April 17, 2010 is the date of the 4th Annual Shakin' the Shack for LLS, a party benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and featuring live music from Cherry Pie & Petroleum Pantry. The event takes place at The Shack at W4786 Hwy 23 in Fond du Lac, WI (heading out of town to the east). The event will also include a silent auction and other fun fundraising activities including pulled pork sandwiches from Branson's BBQ and a 50/50 raffle.

Doors Open - 6pm
Petroleum Pantry - 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Cherry Pie - 10pm - 1:30am

Live music begins with Petroleum Pantry starting things off at at 7:30 pm and Cherry Pie to follow @ 10:00 pm. A $7 cover charge will be collected at the door to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

About the Bands

Cherry Pie - Cherry Pie is an Award-winning Tribute to Big Hair 80s Rock based in southern Wisconsin. Over the last 10 years, the Cherry Pie show has grown into a monumental entertainment package, thrilling huge crowds with music, showmanship, lights and all sorts of fun antics.

Petroleum Pantry - In this action packed group called Petroleum Pantry, Commander Rohrbeck returns as lead vocalist - one of mankind's only survivors from humanities first encounters with the metal age. His account of the era and the fate of rock bands in general are received with skepticism - until the mysterious disappearance of previous musicians from the Central Wisconsin scene leads him to form a band of high-tech thrashers called Petroleum Pantry. This special project includes licks, attitude, and high-octane antics, previously unheard of. From 80's to modern rock, this high octane act will leave you thirsty for more!
